- The test cassette should remain in the sealed pouch until use.
- All specimens should be considered potentially hazardous and handled in the same manner as an infectious agent.
- The used test cassette should be discarded according to federal, state and local regulations.
[Specimen][Test Procedure]- Allow the test device and specimens to equilibrate to temperature prior to testing.
- Remove the test cassette from the aluminum foil bag.Lay it on a flat ,clean and dry surface.
- For cassette using the provided pipette,add 2-3 drops of specimen to the sample well.
- For strip and panel immerse the strip in urine with arrow end pointing towards the urine for at least 10 seconds.
- For cup cllect urine with cup ,screw cap and remove lable to view result .
- Read results in 3-8 minutes.
[Interpretation of results]Negative :Two lines appear. One colored line should be in the control region (C), and another apparent colored line in the test line (T).Positive : One colored line appears in the control region (C). No line appears in the test region(T).Invalid: Control line fails to appear.
